What are your shipping options?

In general, we offer two delivery options: Home Delivery and Delivery to Parcelshop.

Delivery to Parcelshop is the perfect option for those who are unable to stay home all day waiting for their parcel to arrive. You can collect your parcel anytime from the nearest parcelshop to your address.

If you prefer to have your parcel delivered to your door, we have several options available too!

What is delivery to parcelshop?

Delivery to Parcelshop is perfect for you who could not stay home all day waiting for your parcel to arrive. You could collect your parcel anytime at the nearest parcelshop to your address. This delivery option is only available for parcels weighing up to 10kg.

EVRi Standard Shop to Shop

Delivery usually takes about 3-5 working days, depending on the day and time of the parcel drop-off.

DPD to your nearby convenience store

Delivery usually takes about 2-3 working days, and they have over 6,000 pickup shops to choose from.

IMPORTANT: If you have a preference for a particular parcelshop, please leave us a note at checkout. In the absence of a note, we will select the closest parcelshop based on the EVRi or DPD system. Unfortunately, we are unable to contact every customer.

What home delivery options do you have?
DPD Local

DPD Local delivers throughout the UK from Monday to Friday, and you will receive updates on the progress of your parcel by SMS/email. You can track your parcel down to the final 15-minute timeslot.

ROYAL MAIL 1st class signed

This service aims to deliver your parcel by the next working day, including Saturdays. However, this service is not guaranteed, and it requires a signature on delivery.

ROYAL MAIL 2nd class signed

Delivery usually takes two to three working days, including Saturdays, and it also requires a signature on delivery.

ROYAL MAIL Tracked 24

This service will deliver your parcel by the end of the next business day with end-to-end tracking.

ROYAL MAIL Tracked 48

Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days with end-to-end tracking.

How long will it take for you to process my order?

We will try to dispatch your order within a maximum of 3 days (except Saturdays and Sundays) after you place you made a payment.

Any orders made between Friday 7 PM to Sunday 11:59 PM will be processed the following Monday.

During sale seasons, it may take a little longer, up to 4 days.

What should I do if I’ve entered an incorrect address?

We may not be able to verify every address, so it’s crucial that you ensure the accuracy of your shipping information, including providing the correct flat/house/room number. Additionally, it’s helpful if you can specify a safe delivery location in your order. If you realise any address mistakes after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you have two options: 1) Cancel the order, and once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund for your purchase, or 2) Pay an additional shipping fee to have the order reshipped to the correct address.

What if I change my mind?

The delivery method is chosen by the customer at checkout. If there are any changes to the chosen delivery method, the customer must notify us immediately by email at hello@balishopuk.com.

Please note that once your parcel has been dispatched, we will not be able to change the delivery method. 

Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?

We are currently ship to Republic Ireland and Jersey, Channel Islands. For international shipping, please leave a message including the list of items and your details on our ‘CONTACT US’ page to find out the shipping cost. 

We exclusively utilise Royal Mail for shipping outside of the UK

What else do I need to know?

Royal Mail will pick up your parcel from our address one day after we make the pickup request. To ensure that your parcel arrives on time, please submit your order before 5 PM. This way, we can ensure that Royal Mail will come the following day to pick up your parcel (except on Sundays).

Please note that weekends and bank holidays may affect the delivery estimate.
