How long will it take for you to ship my order?
We will dispatch your order only on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday depending on the time we received your order.
Here’s our cut-off time effective from 9 July 2025.
Order received between Friday 14:01 to Monday 14:00 will be dispatched on Tuesday.
Order received between Monday 14:01 to Wednesday 14:00 will be dispatched on Thursday.
Order received between Wednesday 14:01 to Friday 14:00 will be dispatched on Saturday.
What are your shipping options?
In general, we offer two delivery options: Home Delivery and Delivery to Parcelshop.
Delivery to Parcelshop is the perfect option for those who are unable to stay home all day waiting for their parcel to arrive. You can collect your parcel anytime from the nearest parcelshop to your address.
If you prefer to have your parcel delivered to your door, we have several options available too!
What is delivery to parcelshop?
Delivery to Parcelshop is perfect for you who could not stay home all day waiting for your parcel to arrive. You could collect your parcel anytime at the nearest parcelshop to your address. This delivery option is only available for parcels weighing up to 10kg.
DPD to your nearby convenience store
Delivery usually takes about 2-3 working days, and they have over 6,000 pickup shops to choose from. You could check the closest one from your address here.
IMPORTANT: If you have a preference for a particular parcelshop, please leave us a note at checkout. In the absence of a note, we will select the closest parcelshop based on DPD system. Unfortunately, we are unable to contact every customer.
What home delivery options do you have?
IMPORTANT: The estimated delivery times below do not include processing time, which takes 1-3 days depending on when you placed your order.
DPD Local
DPD Local delivers throughout the UK from Monday to Friday, and you will receive updates on the progress of your parcel by SMS/email. You can track your parcel down to the final 15-minute timeslot.
ROYAL MAIL 2nd class
Once your order is received by Royal Mail, delivery usually takes 2-3 business days, including Saturdays.
ROYAL MAIL Tracked 24
Once your order is received by Royal Mail, your parcel will be delivered by the end of the next business day, with end-to-end tracking provided.
ROYAL MAIL Tracked 48
Once your order is received by Royal Mail, delivery usually takes 2-3 business days, with end-to-end tracking.
What should I do if I’ve entered an incorrect address?
We may not be able to verify every address, so it’s crucial that you ensure the accuracy of your shipping information, including providing the correct flat/house/room number. Additionally, it’s helpful if you can specify a safe delivery location in your order. If you realise any address mistakes after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you have two options: 1) Cancel the order, and once we receive the returned items, we will process a refund for your purchase, or 2) Pay an additional shipping fee to have the order reshipped to the correct address.
What if I change my mind?
The delivery method is chosen by the customer at checkout. If there are any changes to the chosen delivery method, the customer must notify us immediately by email at hello@balishopuk.com.
Please note that once your parcel has been dispatched, we will not be able to change the delivery method.
Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
We are currently ship to Republic Ireland and Jersey, Channel Islands. For international shipping, please leave a message including the list of items and your details on our ‘CONTACT US’ page to find out the shipping cost.
We exclusively utilise Royal Mail for shipping outside of the UK
What else do I need to know?
We do not offer next-day delivery. If you choose Royal Mail Tracked 24, this means Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel within 24 hours after we have handed it over to them.
Please note that weekends and bank holidays may affect the delivery estimate.

We always strive to deliver your parcel on time, but we cannot control the courier’s speed or service. If you’re not sure which service fits your needs, please feel free to ask us on Whatsapp.
How can I return item(s) I purchased from your website?
Returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached (if applicable). You must notify us of the return within 14 days of the purchase date. This policy does not apply to perishable items.

My frozen items arrived defrosted. Can I get a refund?
Frozen items are sent using standard delivery services (not temperature-controlled). Although we recommend customers use 1-day delivery service, it is likely that frozen items will arrive defrosted or partially defrosted. Therefore, frozen items purchased from our website are not suitable for refreezing. This information is provided on each product page.
We will only issue a refund if the item(s) arrive damaged or unfit for consumption (e.g., stale, molded, contaminated).
Who is responsible for paying the return shipping fee?
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Can I get a replacement for faulty, incorrectly described, or unfit-for-purpose items?
Unfortunately, we can only offer a refund for such items.
Will I get a refund for the shipping cost?
You will receive a refund for your shipping cost only if you return all the items in your order. We may partially refund the shipping cost if the returned item(s) have significant weight and/or volume.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive proof of posting, we will begin the refund process to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment method, you should receive your refund within 7 business days.
